Amitabh Bachchan's granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda has enrolled in a two-year postgraduate MBA program at Ahmedabad's prestigious indian Institute of Management (IIM). Critics of the famous grandkid, however, asserted shortly after her social media revelation on sunday night that her education isn't even a "real MBA." Many people even questioned whether Nanda was admitted to the institute based on a "quota".

At IIM ahmedabad, 26-year-old Navya Nanda will undertake a Blended Post Graduate Programme (BPGP).

On Monday, a professor from IIM ahmedabad spoke with X about the well-known student and her enrollment.

"She has a strong resume, by the way. CAT is not always required. Whatever the case, congratulations to all of you for having the guts to enroll in such a demanding program. PS: I am forward to reading her articles on the challenging life at IIM-A, much like other students," said Promila Agarwal, an associate professor there and a frequent user of X.

Daughter of Shweta Bachchan and Nikhil Nanda, Navya Nanda, called being accepted into the course a "dream come true."

Aspirations do come true! The top teachers and people for the next two years. Class of 2026, Blended Post Graduate Programme (BPGP)," she posted on Instagram.

She appeared to be wearing a black suit in the first picture she posted. She also shared pictures of the verdant campus and the people she seems to have made there. Navya also thanked her instructor prasad for helping her ace the CAT and IAT admission tests in an instagram Stories photo of her chopping a cake.
