More than 500 people surrounded the mosque in Sanjauli suburb of shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh. All these people had gathered to demand demolition of the alleged illegal construction.

Earlier, similar incidents took place in Chamba and Nahan of Himachal Pradesh, due to which the mutual harmony among the people of the area was spoiled.
