Ayesha Thapar is from a family of well-known businesspeople and is married to Palo Alto Networks CEO Nikesh Arora. Her great-grandfather Karam Chand Thapar established the well-known real estate firm indian City Properties Limited (ICPL), of which she is the managing director. The company was established in 1939. The establishment of KCT Group's headquarters in Kolkata, the renovation of Mumbai's Kala Ghoda Fort, and the construction of monuments like Delhi's Thapar house are all thanks to ICPL.
 

Ayesha comes from a distinguished family: her grandpa, Inder Mohan Thapar, was renowned as India's "Coal Mining Baron," and her father, vikram Thapar, is the joint managing director of Ballarpur industries Limited.
 
After graduating from Delhi's Modern School, Ayesha went on to study economics at the esteemed Wellesley college in Massachusetts, USA. She returned to india to work in the family company after completing her schooling.
 

Apart from her position at ICPL, Ayesha has dabbled in many other ventures. Modeling was her first professional endeavor, and in 2010 she was listed as one of Time's 50 Most Desirable Women. She then started the jewelry and apparel brand Sansaar and is the owner of a Miami-based telecom business. In addition, Ayesha oversees two eateries, Ettan and Copra, demonstrating her broad range of commercial expertise.
 
Ayesha's private life has also drawn interest. Her first marriage ended in divorce in 2007. Her second spouse is Nikesh Arora. She was previously wed in 2003 by businessman Engin Yesil. Ayesha wed Nikesh Arora in 2014, and on june 2, 2015, their son Kiaan was born.
