According to a survey, hyderabad has the busiest real estate micromarket, with over 18,000 new units added between 2019 and H1 2024. Hyderabad's most active real estate market is tellapur, according a survey from real estate services provider ANAROCK.
 
Hyderabad’s tellapur – 9th most active real estate market in India
Tellapur has the tenth busiest real estate market in all of India. The number of new units provided between 2019 and H1 2024 was above 18,960.
 
Sixty-six percent of the new supply fell into the mid- and premium classes, while thirty-four percent fell into the over Rs 1.5 crore category.
 
The average price as of H1 2024 is Rs 7,350 per square foot, up from Rs 4,819 per square foot in 2019.

Dombivli in the mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) continued to be the busiest market in india between 2019 and the H1 2024.
