22 thousand schools being run by just one teacher!!!

Many claims are being made to improve the school education system in madhya pradesh, but in reality these claims are only on paper. There are 1275 schools in madhya pradesh which do not have a single teacher, while in 22 thousand schools, education is going on with the help of just one teacher. To further improve the education system in madhya pradesh, the state government has started cm Rise School. This school is equipped with facilities. Free bus facility has also been provided to the children to come and go in these schools, but on the other hand the situation is that there is not a single teacher in 1275 schools of 46 districts, while about 22 thousand schools are running with the help of one teacher and there are three and a half thousand schools where there is not a single child.

79 thousand teacher posts are vacant

About 79 thousand posts of secondary and primary teachers are vacant in the state. However, even after recruitment on 9 thousand posts this year, about 70 thousand posts will remain vacant. Which is directly affecting the education system of the state, while on the other hand, there is an abundance of teachers in the schools located in the cities, while there is a shortage in the villages. Due to which the education system in the villages is getting affected.

More teachers than required in cities

Every teacher is busy in arranging to get himself posted in the city. This is the reason that there are more teachers than required in the schools of cities. There are 1,337 teachers posted in Indore, 1,153 in Gwalior, 1,115 in bhopal and 887 in Jabalpur, while the number of teachers is also excessive in Satna, Balaghat, Rewa, Sagar, Chhindwara, Ujjain, Rajgarh, Bhind, Morena and Dewas districts.

20 percent schools without toilets

After the call and efforts of the central government, the need for toilets in every house has been fulfilled, but this facility is lacking in schools. 20 percent schools in the state do not have toilets. Where there are toilets, there is no provision of water, so 35.9 percent toilets cannot be used. 28.4 percent schools do not have separate toilets for girl students. In the same state, 5176 schools do not have drinking water arrangements. 44 thousand 754 schools lack playgrounds.
