Working from the High Command Model is the congress Party. Revanth was chosen by congress as the Chief Minister, against the aspirations of several senior party officials. They thought the High Command would at the very least reduce his stature, but that isn't happening either. revanth Reddy's unrestricted access in HYDRAA Demolitions is evidence of such. revanth reddy even destroyed the homes of a few Congressmen and their kin who have strong ties to the party High Command. The selection of the PCC President is yet another sign.
 
B The PCC President is announced as Mahesh Kumar Goud. Many Seniors were hoping to acquire it, but revanth Reddy's supporter was chosen by the High Command. This indicates that the party's top command wants to allow revanth reddy more freedom and is not interested in developing new power centers.
