How to update your Aadhaar card for free?

1. Visit the official Aadhaar website at https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/ There, enter your registered mobile number and one-time password (OTP) to log in.

2. After you log in, take a good look at the name and address details in your profile to ensure they are correct.

3. If you find any discrepancy in the information provided in your profile, you can change it. (If you believe that the information is correct, you should select "I confirm that the above information is correct")

4. From the drop-down menu, select the specific identity document you wish to submit for verification.

5. If you want to change your Aadhaar photo you must submit a clear image. This photo should be in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format

6. If you need to change your address, you must submit clear proof of the same.
