Ujjain's NEET topper lost the battle of life…

Ujjain's NEET UG Topper Panshul Vyas committed suicide by hanging himself at home on Wednesday. Panshul Vyas was a second year MBBS student. The tragic incident took place in Basant bihar of Nanakheda police station area. The victim's family has accused two of Panshul's friends of harassment. They have met Superintendent of police Pradeep Sharma and demanded strict action against the culprits. On the complaint of the family, Nanakheda police has registered a case and started investigation.

The deceased student's mother Pallavi Vyas is a teacher by profession. She told that the son was very upset with Saral Jain, who studied with him, and another friend Aditi. Fed up with the harassment of fellow students, the son has embraced death. Panshul was studying MBBS from mahatma gandhi Memorial Medical College, Indore. The deceased's father Santosh Vyas is a professor in an engineering college. The family has demanded action from the Superintendent of police against the two students who harassed the son. At the time of the incident, both the parents had gone to duty.

The mother of the deceased told that the accused students were harassing Panshul for 4 months. Fed up with the harassment of both the roommates, the son took this fatal step. She told that the accused used to call the son a dirty student. The son was very upset after hearing the taunts of the roommate. He had also reduced talking for some time. The police took action and seized the mobile of the deceased. It is suspected that obscene messages were also used to harass the student. Therefore, the police is investigating all the points. There is an atmosphere of mourning in the house due to the son's suicide. The parents wanted to see the son as a doctor. Now the son will never be able to become a doctor.
