Poonam Gupta is this businesswoman, an NRI. Gupta attended delhi Public school and Lady Irwin school during her education. She was born in Delhi. Following her education, she obtained her MBA in international business and Marketing at the FORE school of Management in delhi and the Maastricht school of Management in Holland. She graduated from delhi University.
 
After getting married in 2002, Gupta and her spouse Punee Gupta moved to Scotland. She was having trouble finding work in scotland at the moment, so she considered launching her own company.
 
In 2003, Poonam established PG Paper Company Ltd. She began her enterprise from her Kilmacolm, scotland, family home, utilizing a little Rs 1 lakh in funding, which she obtained from the Scottish Government.
 
Initially, Gupta's company focused on recycling heavily abandoned goods. PG Paper is one of the UK's fastest-growing paper enterprises, importing and exporting items from over 53 nations worldwide.
 
Gupta began her business nineteen years ago. With her dedication and drive, Poonam grew the company from a Rs 1 lakh investment to a Rs 800 crore enterprise. Her organization also operates in the real estate, medical, and hotel sectors of the IT industry. The firm employs 350 people and has its headquarters in Scotland.
