The response to the theatrical trailer for NTR's Devara, which was released recently, has been a little uneven. Some people found the trailer appealing right away, but others thought it lacked the excitement of a large-scale movie. Now that we've had the subject under discussion, the Paadaghattam allusion in Devara is being discussed.

For those who are unaware, koratala created a fictitious place named Paadaghattam specifically for Acharya. There are more than thirty to forty mentions to this location throughout the movie, which was well over the top. After the movie failed, the Paadaghattam moniker was turned into a joke. There seem to be a few too many allusions to "Bhayam" and "Dhairyam" in the Devara trailer, even though they were previously mentioned in the teaser and the previously published Fear Song.

The Paadaghattam phrase in Acharya's case was misused and eventually turned into troll material. And today the terms "Bhayam" and "Dhairyam" are prominent in the context of Devara. These words are said far too frequently. There are about ten instances in the trailer where ntr and other supporting characters speak these lines.

It doesn't seem good if the movie uses excessive amounts of this phrase since eventually it will get boring and repetitive. Being a calculating director, koratala undoubtedly learned a few things from Acharya. Therefore, we can almost assure you that he wouldn't have overplayed the word game this time.
