Madhuri Dixit fell in love with Swiggy's IPO!!!

Now information has come to light that bollywood actress madhuri dixit has placed a bet on swiggy even before the IPO. It is being claimed that she has bought shares worth crores of rupees of Swiggy.

This deal was done at the rate of Rs 345 per share

Money Control has claimed in its report quoting sources that madhuri dixit has done this deal at the rate of Rs 345 per share. bollywood superstar madhuri dixit has done this deal from the secondary market in collaboration with Innov8 founder Ritesh Malik. Innov8 is a co-working space company, which was later bought by Oyo. madhuri dixit and Ritesh Malik have bought shares worth about Rs 3 crore. Both of them have invested Rs 1.5 crore each. Both of them usually invest together with Dr. Shriram Nene. Sources have informed that they have done this transaction with the help of Swiggy's investment banker Avendus.

Looking for investment possibilities in unlisted companies

Secondary transaction happens when a current investor of a company wants to sell his shares. The company has no role in this deal. Shriram Nene said that the startup system has boomed in America. It is just beginning in India. madhuri dixit and I are together exploring possibilities in companies that have not been listed yet. Most of the investments are only financial. In some places, we are also strategically involved in the company. However, at present we do not want to name any company. swiggy has also not given any further information on this issue at present.
