Parvati Nair, who costarred with Thalapathy Vijay in The Greatest of All Time (GOAT), has now addressed the claims that she assaulted her domestic helper. The actress rushed to her social media page to post a quick message clarifying her views. Parvati declared that her legal team would investigate the "baseless" accusations made against her.

Parvati Nair took to her X handle and wrote, "Some false narratives and baseless allegations are being circulated. I have full faith in the judicial system, and my legal team will take action against everyone responsible. The truth will be out soon. Thank you to all my fans, friends, and family for your unwavering support."

For the uninformed, Parvati Nair was accused of beating a domestic helper, along with five other people and Ayalaan producer Rajesh. According to reports, the victim was subjected to physical assault and harassment due to accusations of stealing.

The actress had accused Subash Chandra Bose, a member of her domestic staff, of stealing a few years prior. She had said that he had stolen from her home goods valued at Rs 10 lakh. She allegedly accused her domestic helper of stealing when she complained to him at the Nungambakkam police station.

Subash, though, stepped forward to provide his version of events. He disclosed that Parvati, producer Rajesh, and a few others had locked him in a room and beaten him for allegedly taking something that he had not taken. He also complained to Chennai's Saidapet court against Parvati Nair and six other people, including producer Rajesh.
