The hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRA) continued its demolition campaign on Monday, demolishing allegedly unapproved buildings in a park in the madhapur neighborhood. Officials from HYDRA demolished an illegal sports academy's buildings at Kavuri Hills Park, the information technology area in Madhapur.
 
Following a complaint from the Kavuri Hills Association against the sports academy, HYDRA demolished the buildings. The Kavuri Hills Park board was installed by the government following the completion of the demolition.

The Kavuri Hills Association allegedly granted the sports academy's administration a 25-year lease on the property. It claimed that they had been wrongfully evicted even before the lease's expiration.
 
However, HYDRA Commissioner A.V. ranganath stated that the court order was followed while carrying out the demolition campaign in Hyderabad.
 
The newly established organization demolished unauthorized buildings for the second day in a row. It demolished sixteen outbuildings built for commercial use on sunday near the kukatpally Lake/Nalla Cheruvu buffer zone and within the Full Tank Level (FTL).
 
Additionally, the agency had destroyed buildings that had been erroneously constructed on government property in the sangareddy district's Kistareddypet and Patelguda, ameenpur Mandal.
 
Officials stated that the goal of the move was to preserve and restore the integrity of government lands and water bodies.
 
Four acres of the lake were recovered by the Hyderabadi project HYDRA's demolition effort in Kukatpally. The lake is 27 acres in total, although there have been encroachments on around seven acres in the buffer zone and FTL. The buildings utilized for residential purposes, according to the officials, were not destroyed.

Encroachments were cleared from government land in Kistareddypet. In order to recover one acre, three RCC buildings that were utilized for business purposes were destroyed.
 
In the same mandal, encroachments were cleared from government land in Patelguda. In order to recover three acres, a total of twenty-five RCC buildings were demolished.
 
Together with the HYDRA team, representatives from the Town Planning, Irrigation, and Revenue departments participated in the demolition activity.
