Over the course of the year, the tollywood box office fluctuated a lot. This year, we had two blockbuster movies: kalki and guntur Kaaram. While guntur Kaaram underperformed and ended up with a mediocre box office haul, kalki grossed an impressive Rs 1100 crore. The total revenue might be between Rs. 1300 crore and Rs.
 
We now have three blockbuster movies left for the rest of 2024: Game Changer, pushpa, and Devara. Due to its advantage as a sequel and its strong hindi release, pushpa 2 has the highest box office potential of the three movies. It is suggested that this movie would be Tollywood's next Rs 1000 crore earner.
 
The total box office revenue for tollywood superstars in 2024 would reach Rs 2300 crore if pushpa 2 makes Rs 1000 crore. Devara and Game Changer will then need to contribute a combined total of Rs 700 crore to bring the total to Rs 3000+ crore, which is by all means a substantial amount. The sequel pushpa 2 will have to shoulder most of the burden, but if Devara and Game Changer can also contribute significantly—which they most certainly will—the tollywood superstar box office total will reach Rs 3000 crore, indicating that 2017 is a very excellent year.
