After a respectable theatrical run, Nani’s newest film Saripodhaa Sanivaaram has officially began streaming on Netflix as of september 26, 2024. The movie failed to live up to the great expectations it had at first. The trade reports that the movie made over ₹90 crores at the global box office; however, if the movie had fulfilled its promise, it might have easily made 125 crores.
 
Saripodhaa Sanivaaram, which was helmed by vivek Athreya and starred priyanka Mohan, SJ Suryah, and Nani, has garnered an equivalent amount of negative feedback on OTT as it did during its theatrical release. SJ Suryah's outstanding performance and Jakes Bejoy's captivating background soundtrack are receiving particular praise from the OTT audience, which is enjoying Saripodhaa Sanivaaram in bits and pieces.
 
Many viewers have pointed out that the battle scenes lacked conviction and failed to make the expected impression, prompting criticism. Additionally, the second half has been a major topic of complaint, since the audience believed it lagged and loaded with repetitious motifs. But, the movie did well in tamil Nadu box office grossing 7.2 Crores. On the same hand, Jr NTR's Devara is struggling to make even 1 Crore!
