Shah Rukh Khan defeated ranbir kapoor to win the Best Actor prize for Jawan at a recent awards ceremony. This led to an online argument on who was more deserving of the prize. Still, one statement stuck out. director Sidharth anand was praised by a user for Rashmika's performance in Animal.
The comment read, “Best director, film, and actor is something that many have said but I think rashmika was also the best actor female. It’s a shame she was trolled by the internet due to that scene, but she was, in fact, brilliant in that.” This post quickly went viral. Surprisingly, rashmika responded, “I just saw this… thanks, man… I thought no one else outside our film gang would say this…”
Despite giving a fantastic performance in the movie, rashmika encountered needless trolling, even if her work in Animal was excellent. Hopefully, pushpa 2 and Chhava, her future projects, will bring her the success and respect she so well deserves.
