Gulshan Devaiah, who is not a rising star in bollywood, co-starred with janhvi kapoor in the spy thriller "Ulajh," her most recent hindi film. "But in T-town, she is working with A-listers like jr ntr and ram charan and is going to give telugu heroines like Rashmika, pooja hegde, and tamannaah a run for their money," the source says. "Janhvi has mostly worked with relatively smaller actors like Rajkumar Rao, varun Dhawan, and Sunny Khoshal in bollywood which didn't give her a chance to compete with the likes of deepika padukone in Bollywood."

Even though she had a little part, the public enjoyed her dancing and the way she looked in her first movie, "Devara," as a country belle. She has to stick to telugu films because she has a wonderful history to uphold and since, in some ways, she is similar to her mother. She gained sufficient publicity for her first movie before its release, and her collaboration with ntr helped her become well-known in tollywood, he notes.

She will get greater support from telugu fans if he reminds her of her late mother, the renowned actress Sridevi, who was the uncrowned queen of tollywood in the 1980s and 90s. "Her mother produced countless hit telugu films and held a dominant position in the industry. Janhvi and another A-list actor ram charan have inked a high-profile movie deal. Her professional life has flourished. She's established a base, but she still needs to choose the major stars in order to solidify and advance," he says.
