The indian guy is heard attempting to express his disapproval of his landlord's behavior orally, but it appears that the landlord is not listening as he keeps throwing things out the door. 

The 15-second video has split the internet in two: those who defend the landlord's conduct are outnumbered by those who support the renter. Regarding the circumstance, some have been rather loud in the comments.
