About 60 percent of our network is reaching at least 3 quarters per customer in a day. airtel understands this and as a solution to this, we have introduced a new concept called Suspect Spam for the first time.In this, we prepare a pattern based on the calls received by a customer, what kind of call they make, its duration, whether they use only calls without using data, change location, make calls, change IMI, etc. We tag the number.


Accordingly, it is suspected to be spam. After that, the customer can block it. It is up to the customer. It is free for 3 crore customers in tamil Nadu and does not have an app. The same goes for MMS. It contains the word Suspected Spam. He said that it is currently in english and will soon be available in tamil as well. Also, it is the intimation customer who should call the spam number. 60 percent of spam calls were coming and now we have reduced this. Over the past year, we have been working on leveraging AI technology. On other networks it is chargeable. But airtel has said that it is a free service.
