One thing that all of the most recent significant movies, such as Salaar, kalki 2898 AD, and Devara, have in common is that none of them use a traditional background, location, or production style. But in terms of content, each of the three films is just passable and has its own problems. In spite of this, all three movies have amassed enormous collections; kalki 2898 AD has done the best, followed by Salaar and Devara.

Why, therefore, did these mediocre films manage to amass such enormous sums of money? The explanation is straightforward: moviegoers swarm cinemas when a big-name celebrity is part of a well produced picture that offers a distinctive visual experience. For example, guntur Kaaram didn't thrill people even with a celebrity like mahesh babu since it didn't have the first visual attraction.

Even with mediocre material, a "scale" or "event" movie starring the same mahesh babu would probably be a huge hit. These days, viewers are content with a theatrical experience that lasts only a single time. To put it succinctly, a large-scale movie with distinctive visuals and substance that provides a singular theater experience is sufficient to bring in enormous crowds.
