rajya sabha Chairman jagdeep dhankhar accepted the resignation of krishna Lal Panwar with immediate effect. Dhankhar himself gave this information on social media. After krishna Lal's resignation, a rajya sabha seat from haryana has become vacant.
Sought Dhankhar's blessings for a new innings
Krishan Lal has shared a picture of meeting the Chairman on 'X' post. He wrote in the post, "Submitted my resignation from rajya sabha membership to Honorable Chairman Shri jagdeep dhankhar ji in New delhi and stepped towards my new duty of public service as mla of Israna. Everyone please give your blessings for the start of a new innings.''
The newly elected mla of Israna further wrote, ''I am determined to make Israna a better and developed area under the able leadership and guidance of respected prime minister Narendra Modi ji and the state's honorable chief minister Nayab Singh saini ji.''
Krishan Lal Panwar was contesting against the congress candidate
Krishan Lal Panwar has defeated Congress' Balbir Singh Balmiki in Israna. krishna Lal Panwar got 67538 votes while Balbir Singh got 53643 votes. The difference of victory and defeat between the two was 13895 votes. A few days ago, when krishna Lal was questioned about the possibilities of becoming a minister, he had said, ''If I get the responsibility of the cabinet, I will fulfill it well.'' He is also the state vice-president of bjp Haryana.
