After the success of Vettaiyan, Superstar Rajinikanth's upcoming film Coolie is on a grand scale. Directed by lokesh kanagaraj, the film is produced by sun Pictures. The movie stars Rajinikanth along with Sathyaraj, Nagarjuna, shruti Haasan, Saubin Sahir, and kannada actor Upendra. aamir khan is also said to be playing a cameo role in the film.Anirudh is composing the music for Coolie. While the shooting of the film was going on in full swing, actor Rajinikanth was admitted to Apollo Hospital in chennai due to ill health a few weeks ago. After that, the doctors who examined him removed the swelling in the stomach with a stint.
Actor Rajinikanth, who returned home after 2 days of treatment, was advised by the doctors to rest. Since Rajinikanth had informed the crew about the treatment he was going to undergo in advance, director lokesh kanagaraj shot the scene with other actors and actresses apart from Rajinikanth. Meanwhile, director lokesh kanagaraj has said that when Rajinikanth will participate in the Coolie shooting again.
Accordingly, lokesh kanagaraj, who participated in a program held in chennai, said that the shooting of Coolie is going on briskly and that Superstar Rajinikanth is going to participate in Coolie shooting again from october 16. After Rajini's participation, they are planning to wrap up the shoot in a hurry and bring the film Coolie to the screens next year during the summer holidays. Loki is going to start work on Kaithi 2 after wrapping up Coolie.
