They requested the court to strike out the case registered against them as the personal visit does not fall under the election code violation. Ramachandra Rao, who is in charge of the flying squad team for the 2024 elections, has been included as a respondents. high court accepted Allu Arjun's petition for a hearing. Otherwise, although this petition was listed on Monday, it was not heard due to the end of court time. The hearing was adjourned to Wednesday.
