Priyanka gandhi Vadra, a congress politician, announced assets worth more than Rs 12 crore on Wednesday, the day she filed her nomination for the impending wayanad Lok Sabha by-election.
 
Priyanka gandhi revealed in her affidavit to the election commission of india (ECI) that she has movable assets worth Rs 4.27 crore, which include investments in mutual funds, PPF, a honda CRV car that her husband Robert Vadra gave her, deposits of various amounts in three bank accounts, and more than 4,400 grams (gross) of gold valued at Rs 1.15 crore.


The 52-year-old politician also disclosed her immovable assets at Rs 7.41 crore, which include a half-share in a farmhouse building in the Mehrauli neighborhood of New delhi and two inherited half-shares of agricultural land in the same region. These assets collectively have a current value of about Rs 2.10 crore. In addition, her statement states that she now owns a self-acquired residential property in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, valued at about Rs 5.63 crore.
 

Her spouse, Robert Vadra, on the other hand, acknowledged having moveable assets worth a significant Rs 39 crore. The total value of his real estate holdings is Rs 27.64 crore.
 
The combined liabilities of Priyanka gandhi and her husband were Rs 15.75 lakh and Rs 10 crore, respectively.
 
The wayanad candidate said that she makes money via investments, rent, bank interest, and other sources. Among the sources of Robert Vadra's income include his business, investments, bank interest, and rent.
