TamilRockers, one of the largest pirate websites in India, has shown how they unlawfully record and distribute movies online. The kerala Cyber Crime Branch detained Jeb stephen Raj, a 33-year-old madurai resident who was active with TamilRockers, in July of this year. He was apprehended in thiruvananthapuram while surreptitiously filming Raayan, Dhanush's 50th film.
 
Raj revealed throughout the inquiry how he and his crew made films. On opening day, his strategy was to reserve five tickets, with the guy in the center hiding a camera inside the blanket while covering himself. Because they leak new films mere hours after they are released, tamil Rockers have been a huge issue for the business and have a negative impact on box office receipts. raj is the only person who the authorities have arrested thus far, despite their prolonged search.
 
The defendant further disclosed that he received ₹5,000 for each movie he taped. Why there haven't been further arrests after raj was apprehended four months ago begs the issue of whether he was a member of a gang. The pirate network continues to operate uninterrupted in spite of all of this. The most recent victim was Rajnikanth's most recent movie, Vettaiyan, which was made accessible on these websites on the same day it was released.
