By collaborating with well-known actors like mahesh babu and Pawan Kalyan, Sreeleela, a rapidly growing tollywood star, has won over admirers. She was supposed to make a major splash in bollywood, but she has encountered unforeseen obstacles along the road. Sreeleela was originally set opposite varun dhawan in a new david dhawan comedy, however, she is no longer involved with the movie; pooja hegde is now playing the part.
Sidharth Malhotra was slated to act in Sreeleela's debut bollywood production, Mitti, but it was scrapped. According to reports, Sidharth quit the project because of creative differences, and the movie was already having trouble raising money. Mitti was Sreeleela's chance to shine, hence its cancelation was a letdown for her bollywood debut. Earlier, Sreeleela replaced pooja hegde in Mahesh Babu's guntur Kaaram and now pooja hegde has taken her revenge successfully.
At first, it was anticipated that Sreeleela would make her screen debut alongside varun dhawan in David Dhawan's comedy, which was provisionally titled Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai. pooja hegde will portray the female lead instead, according to recent sources. This movie, which also stars Mrunal Thakur, is her first collaboration with Varun. The film, which is scheduled for release on october 2, 2025, brings varun and his father david dhawan back together after successful films like Main Tera hero and Judwaa 2.
