The public's attention has been drawn to the arrests of BRS officials, drug-related conversations, and rave parties during the last 24 hours. Many people were taken aback by the unexpected declaration of a curfew amid all of this political fervor. Through dharnas and protests, a number of groups and parties are trying to disrupt Hyderabad's public peace and order.
 
In response, Section 163 of the BNSS (formerly Section144) has been enforced in hyderabad city for a period of one month, from october 27, 2024, to november 28, 2024, by the CP hyderabad City Police. Protests and peaceful dharnas are only allowed at Indira Park Dharna Chowk; they are not allowed anywhere else in the city.
 
Any assembly of five or more people, as well as processions, dharnas, rallies, and public gatherings inside the boundaries of hyderabad and Secunderabad, are prohibited by a notification issued by the CP, hyderabad City Police. Many city dwellers have been taken aback by this cautious measure, particularly as it takes place during the week of diwali and overlaps with the head-to-head match between ktr and revanth Reddy.
