A condition for commuters using Metro Train..?!

In this regard, chennai Metro has issued a notification, "For the convenience of metro train passengers going to their hometown on the occasion of diwali holiday, the metro train services are scheduled to operate tomorrow 30.10.2024 (Wednesday) as per the following schedule. The metro train service will be operated from 5 AM to 12 PM. The first metro train service will depart at 5 am. The last metro service will depart from all railway stations at 12 pm.
Notification regarding metro train movement route and timing:

8 AM to 11 AM and 5 PM to 8 PM:

- The revolutionary leader of the green route, Dr. MG Metro trains run from Ramachandran Central Metro to Parangimalai Metro at an interval of 6 minutes.

- Metro trains will run from Wimco nagar Workshop Metro to airport Metro on the Blue Line at an interval of 6 minutes.

- Metro trains will run between Vannarpet Metro to Arinagar Anna Alandur Metro on the Blue Line at 3-minute intervals.

- 5 AM to 8 AM and 11 AM to 5 PM and 8 PM to 12 PM: Metro trains will run at 7-minute intervals on Green Line and Blue Line.

- On 31.10.2024 (Thursday) and 01.11.2024 (Friday) Metro trains will run as per the holiday schedule:

1. Metro trains will run from 5 AM to 11 PM.

2. Metro trains will run at intervals of 10 minutes between 5 AM to 12 PM and 8 PM to 10 PM.

3. Metro trains will run at 7-minute intervals from 12 noon to 8 pm.

4. Metro trains will run at 15-minute intervals from 10 pm to 11 pm.

Important conditions for metro passengers:

Passengers who go to the shops and buy new clothes, do not go to the metro station with forgotten crackers. Passengers carrying firecrackers are not allowed on Metro train services. As a precautionary measure for the safety of passengers, the metro administration has announced that crackers will not be allowed in metro trains. The Metro rail Administration has also announced a strict regulation under Section 1 of the 2022 Act that the carrying of firecrackers in Metro trains has been banned.
