Karnataka high court granted interim bail to actor Darshan..!?

The karnataka high court has granted six weeks interim bail to actor Darshan, who was arrested in the Renukaswamy murder case. The karnataka high court has ordered six weeks of interim bail for actor Darshan due to his health problems. Darshan has been allowed to seek treatment at a hospital of his choice. Detailed information regarding the treatment must be submitted to the court within a week. Darshan's lawyer C.V. nagesh said during the hearing that Darshan had been suffering from severe back pain since 2022 and it had worsened in recent months. An MRI scan taken by Dr. Satasiva revealed problems with the spinal cord at L5 and S1. The medical report states that surgery is necessary, otherwise there is a risk of loss of urinary and leg control.
The high court acknowledged the seriousness of Darshan's condition. The judge insisted that the accused should not be denied necessary medical treatment despite the ongoing legal proceedings. The judge's report highlighted the importance of addressing health problems promptly, especially when there is a risk of paralysis or numbness. However, bail was not granted without any concerns. The CIT objected that Darshan's release would threaten witnesses in the case. The case is complex as it involves serious charges including kidnapping and murder. The court also ordered Darshan to surrender his passport as he prepares for his treatment, to ensure that he remains within the court's jurisdiction during medical treatment.

33-year-old Renukaswamy, a die-hard fan of actor Darshan, allegedly sent obscene messages to actress Pavitra Gowda after Darshan became enraged and allegedly murdered the fan.
