Any movie now often receives a sequel. Some of them were successful, while others didn't have an impact on the crowd or the box office. Speaking of today, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Singham Again are performing really well in terms of collections. However, the material has also brought up the question of whether these follow-ups are necessary now or in the years to come.

When it comes to sequels, the producers have always made sure to deliver some incredible storylines. Even if the creators invested years to create a sequel, there have been instances where the scenario has backfired. tiger 3 is the greatest illustration. The anticipation for this YRF Spy Universe edition were high. Unfortunately, the public's reaction was mediocre due in part to the poor narrative and lackluster writing.

Furthermore, there are certain stories that don't require further development. The same is true of Singham, which merited a resolution in the sequel. Since the main character lost attention midway in the third section, it appears that the main purpose of the section was to introduce new characters. Not even Bhool Bhulaiyaa required a follow-up. Only because bollywood has a strong appetite for horror films did the follow-ups succeed. Aside from this, the premise remains same, and viewers have repeatedly called for akshay kumar to be cast, which did not occur for unclear reasons.

However, in the name of sequels, several famous characters have been squandered. With regard to the first two dabangg movies, Chulbul Pandey's personality was flawless. However, the character's swag was absent from the third movie due to salman Khan's poor scripting. Since dhoom and Munnabhai are the only two series that have managed to preserve uniqueness in terms of both character development and general presentation, creators should take a cue from their creators.

Another reason why we barely ever see original material these days is the lack of talented authors. Even if it is impossible to say that all of the upcoming sequels and remakes would bring bollywood to an end, the distributors will suffer significant losses.
