After Vedam, Ghaati is her second project with filmmaker Krish. anushka is shown wearing a saree and traditional jewelry in the 47-second teaser. Watching the incident in a rearview mirror, she takes a bus and uses a sickle to decapitate someone while the cops look for her. Fans are ecstatic about this surprising occurrence.
 
One fan exclaimed, “Dinamma rey… mass overloaded,” while another cheered, “Sweety in mass avatar.” Others hailed her as “The queen is Back,” celebrating her return in a dynamic role. One user called her Kaateramma Kodalu (daughter-in-law of Kaateramma) in reference to Prabhas’ Kaateramma fight scene in Salaar. He was called Kaateramma Koduku (son of Kaateramma) after that film. anushka looks so fierce and deadly that she seems to be the wife of prabhas from Salaar.

Because of how legendary their relationship is, this further demonstrates that the public still wishes to couple anushka and prabhas in some capacity. anushka has produced four films under the uv creations name, including Ghaati.
