The theater Owners Association has requested Kamal, Sivakarthikeyan, and red Giant Movies to postpone the OTT release date of 'Amaran'.
The film 'Amaran', which is based on the life story of an army officer from tamil Nadu, Major Mukund Varadarajan, was released on the eve of diwali and is showing strong collections in theaters even after 13 days. As the film has collected more than 250 crores so far, the theater owners' association has insisted that the OTT release date of the film should be postponed as the film is well received by the audience. In this regard, a request has been made to Kamal Haasan, the producer of 'Amaran', red Giant Movies, which has got the tamil Nadu release rights, and actor Sivakarthikeyan.
