As per report a delhi bound aircraft carrying prime minister Narendra Modi faced a technical snag at Jharkhand’s Deoghar airport on Friday, causing a delay in his return to the national capital, said officials aware of the matter. The incident occurred when PM Modi returned to the airport to fly back to delhi after concluding his election campaign in the poll-bound state of Jharkhand.

Meanwhile in a swift response to the situation, the aircraft was grounded and the technical teams worked to resolve the snag, said officials. They have not yet revealed the cause of the technical glitch in the aircraft carrying the Prime Minister. The prime minister today held two rallies in jharkhand as part of the Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas celebrations, an event honouring tribal hero Birsa Munda. These rallies marked significant importance as it comes just a few days ahead of the final phase of voting for the jharkhand election on november 20.

Moreover in a related incident, leader of Opposition rahul gandhi faced a delay after his chopper was grounded in Jharkhand’s Godda awaiting clearance from air Traffic Control (ATC). The chopper took off after an unexpected delay of 45 minutes amid high-stakes campaigning for the final phase of the jharkhand assembly elections. The congress alleged it to be a conspiracy to disrupt Gandhi’s election campaign schedule in Jharkhand. The party leaders pointed towards PM Modi’s Chakai rally, about 150 Kms from Gooda, claiming that the ATC prioritised PM’s event over leader of Opposition.
