He said that there is an 84-hour workweek here and sometimes the weekends are also completely spent in work. He wrote, recently I started telling the candidates in the interview itself that there is no work-life balance in Graptile. Our normal work starts at 9 am and goes on till 11 pm. Initially it felt wrong to do this, but now I believe that this transparency is right. I want people to know this beforehand.
