Swiggy Instamart Fraud..! Vegetables delivered in less weight..!?

 In India, we can now order even vegetables through quick commerce apps and get them delivered to our homes. In that way, we can order milk, vegetables, fruits, etc. through apps like Zepto, Blinkit, and swiggy Instamart and get them delivered in 10 minutes. Recently, a person who ordered vegetables on the swiggy Instamart platform complained that the vegetables were delivered in less weight than what he ordered. This matter has now become a big topic of discussion on social media. A Reddit user claimed that he ordered cauliflower through swiggy Instamart. He said that he ordered cauliflower weighing 400 to 600 grams on the app and the cauliflower he received weighed just 145 grams.
He also said that most of the vegetables he ordered were in the low range. He also posted a photo as proof of this. He found that all the vegetables were less than what he ordered and weighed them with his weighing machine. He said that he ordered one kilo of potatoes and received only 965 grams of potatoes. He said that he ordered 250 grams of capsicum and only 170 grams were delivered. He complained that he ordered vegetables weighing 1.8 grams in total and received only 1.2 grams of vegetables. When he approached Swiggy's customer support regarding this, he expressed dissatisfaction and said that he did not get a proper response.
He also asked customer support to refund him the full amount of Rs 177 he had paid. But they said they could only refund Rs 89. He said that he was continuing to talk to them. Many people under his post said that they too were cheated in this way but swiggy did not respond properly and did not refund the money properly.
