The indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 mega auction will take place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, over two exciting days. Franchises will strategize and finalize their squads for the next edition of cricket's premier t20 tournament.

This year, 1574 players registered for the IPL 2025 auction, including 1165 indians and 409 overseas cricketers. The pool comprised 320 capped players, 1224 uncapped talents, and 30 players from Associate Nations. Of these, 577 players are set to go under the hammer in the IPL 2025 mega auction, including 366 indian players, 208 overseas players, and 3 from Associate Nations.

However, with only 204 slots available across the 10 teams, competition will be fierce.

Of the available 204 slots, 70 are designated for overseas players. The stage is set for intense bidding for the upcoming IPL 2025 season.
