The actor, who is currently 59, disclosed that he had thought of retiring during the epidemic but had changed his mind after consulting his family. Aamir was inspired by his family's support to continue working in the field for ten more years, taking on six projects concurrently.
 
"You can't trust life; we might die tomorrow," the actor stated, revealing his feelings. I have around ten years remaining to live an active life. He went on to say that by producing important films and supporting gifted authors and filmmakers, he hopes to make the most of his remaining years in the industry.

Aamir denied the comparison to legendary figures like Clint Eastwood, who was still active at the age of 97, to his ex-wife kiran Rao, pointing out that he was an uncommon exception.
