The resurgence of donald trump has raised serious concerns about the indian IT sector. Some measures that caused problems for large IT businesses during his first term may be reinstated, according to experts. Wipro's $500 million investment in Healthplan services was postponed as trump tried to dismantle Obama's Affordable Care Act during his previous term in government. Considering that trump has already pledged 20% import duties, indian IT companies anticipate yet another upsetting change.

For Indians, visa limitations will be yet another misery. It wouldn't matter if their clients stopped funding IT, despite the fact that indian software behemoths like tcs and Infosys attempted to adjust by employing locally in the US. Trump's possible policy changes have left the banking, retail, and healthcare industries—which account for more than a third of indian IT revenue—uncertain.

It will be more stringent on foreign corporations since this will be Trump's second and final constitutional bid as US president. His "America First" stance will make it difficult for indian businesses to compete with their government-backed domestic rivals unless they change more quickly. Let's wait and see how things are going to pan up in the coming days.
