At the box office, Suriya's Kanguva is having a lot of trouble. The movie hardly improved on saturday after a poor Friday, earning 10.5 crore. In india, its three-day total is 47 crore, and the four-day extended weekend is probably going to conclude at 57 crore. However, according to a poster issued by the film's creators, the movie made 89.42 crores globally in just two days. karnataka and the hindi belt either stayed steady or declined further, while tamil Nadu experienced little increase.

Box office analysts estimate that karnataka contributed 3 crore, kerala contributed 5 crore, tamil Nadu contributed 20 crore, AP/TS contributed 10 crore, and the remainder of india contributed 10 crore. The movie's producers predicted that it would gross over 2000 crores at the box office. However, trade analysts now say that even 100 crore appears difficult. It is anticipated that the movie would not even reach 100 crore worldwide, since it need 400 crore to break even.

Kanguva has been a huge failure because to unfavorable reviews from viewers and little attendance outside of tamil Nadu. Suriya's five-year theatrical comeback hasn't been able to boost his box office performance. Since his last major success, Singam 2, in 2013, he has been in a rut. With karthik Subbaraj, everyone will be watching his next move.
