Koratala Siva's Devara: Part 1, starring janhvi kapoor and NTR, made 400 crores at the box office. By building NTR's business in the northern regions without depending on the rajamouli factor, the hindi version also did rather well. Netflix has finally begun to show the hindi version of Devara.

For North indian viewers who were anxiously awaiting its OTT release and missed seeing movie in cinemas, this update is a delight. In addition to South indian languages including telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, the movie is currently accessible on Netflix in a number of foreign languages, including English, Korean, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese. The movie has received harsh criticism from OTT viewers for its South indian adaptations, despite its box office success. koratala siva received criticism for moments that lacked coherence and for having poor characterizations. Memes and trolls ridiculed the filmmaker on social media.

The hindi audience, on the other hand, has been enjoying the hindi version far more. They found certain action scenes exhilarating, the distinctive sea-based setting fascinating, and NTR's acting admirable. Overall, the reception to Devara in hindi on OTT has been far better than that of its telugu equivalent, despite some critics pointing out problems with the second half. Following the release of its hindi translation, it is unclear how many views Devara will receive on Netflix.
