Electrolyte maintenance should be done in addition to drinking water. Because they are insufficient, the body is unable to retain water. The water is then squandered. Dieticians have thus advised me to enhance electrolytes in three different methods. If you don't take these three items, your body won't be hydrated, and it will show up as urine.
