The new government of Mahayuti is going to be formed in maharashtra on Thursday, 5 December. For this, Eknath Shinde, devendra fadnavis and ajit pawar presented their claim to form the government in front of governor Radhakrishnan. After this, a press conference of Mahayuti was held. First devendra fadnavis, then ajit pawar and then Eknath Shinde spoke to the press.
During this, Eknath Shinde expressed happiness over devendra fadnavis becoming the chief minister and congratulated him. Shinde said that they will work together under the leadership of fadnavis for the development of Maharashtra. However, the picture is not yet clear on whether the shiv sena chief himself will join the new government or not.
In fact, at the beginning of the press conference, devendra fadnavis had requested Eknath Shinde to join the new government, because the leaders of shiv sena and the people of maharashtra also want the same. In response to this, Eknath Shinde only said that he will consider Devendra Fadnavis' request. There is still time for the swearing-in, by tomorrow evening (Thursday, 5 December) he will consider and present his decision before everyone.
At the same time, Eknath Shinde said, "I had said that whatever decision PM Modi and amit shah take, I will support it and I have done the same. We are happily forming the new government. This is a historic victory for the Mahayuti. Dear sisters, dear brothers and dear farmers, thanks to all of you for making the Mahayuti victorious by voting in historic numbers and showing trust in us."
