After Atul Subhash, a Bengaluru techie, listed her name in his 24-page death note along with three of Singhania's family members and a family court judge, Nikita Singhania, his estranged wife who committed suicide, has come under scrutiny.
 
According to Atul, Nikita Singhania engaged in "explicit instigation for suicide". According to reports, she brought many lawsuits against him, including accusations of domestic abuse and harassment, which reportedly caused him to experience mental and emotional distress and ultimately led him to make the drastic choice to terminate his life.
