In a recent incident, Bihar-based bjp leader Rakesh Kumar Gupta accused his wife Isha modak of committing fraud of between Rs. 30 and 35 lakh, including some jewelry. The couple was married in a judicial ceremony back in april 2024. After Isha reportedly took Rs. 5 lakhs from Rakesh on december 3rd and went for her home, this quarrel became well-known.
 
He then fueled the flames by accusing her of having wed Rajiv Kundu, another guy. The bjp Leader's remarks have been strongly contested by Isha's mother, who has denied any marriage claims and asserted that they were simply engaged.

She has also categorically denied that she has received any form of remuneration from Rakesh.
 
This problem has gained a lot of attention on social media, with users voicing their thoughts in the comments section. "How can someone give away ₹30 lakh without any proof or agreement?" asked one user. This begs a lot of questions.

"This isn't just fraud; it's a serious lapse in judgment by the leader," said another, who referred to it as the leader's fault. He ought to have exercised caution.
 
Some have also expressed sympathy for Rakesh, seeing him as the innocent victim of Isha's cold-blooded, well-thought-out operation.
 
If accurate from Rakesh's point of view, this problem highlights a far larger pattern of similar attacks on public figures for private benefit, as many others on the internet have highlighted.
