Recently, sai pallavi denied reports that she altered her diet for the character of Sita in Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana. According to media accounts, she traveled with her own chef and became vegetarian for the part. She addressed the matter on X on Wednesday, claiming that the reports were untrue and unfounded.

She voiced her annoyance at such false stories in her message. sai pallavi threatened legal action for any such false reports. She made it clear that she would no longer put up with false information. Some propagandists questioned her response, but many backed her position. They said that since the report only mentioned that she had become a vegetarian, it appeared to be innocuous.

They surmised that because she is not vegetarian, she would be irritated. These people also termed her answer defensive and tried to attribute her annoyance to irrelevant political views. These presumptions are deceptive, though. sai pallavi has acknowledged that she is a vegetarian. She has already discussed her strict vegetarianism in public. She has also stated that she would prefer not eat meat than remain hungry.

She was irritated by the inaccurate depiction of her lifestyle being altered for a movie, not by the vegetarian claim per se. The storyline implying a change for a film part seems needless and deceptive given that she is already a vegetarian. Her response demonstrates her disdain for persistently inaccurate reporting that may skew the public's opinion of her.
