In the entertainment world, atlee is one of the largest hit machines. His popularity in bollywood has been cemented by his collaboration with SRK on Jawan. He is undoubtedly in high demand for his storytelling and directing approach, as many performers are eager to collaborate with him. Fans, however, expressed concerns over his presence on The Great indian Kapil Show, claiming that he had to deal with prejudice there.
 
Along with varun Dhawan, Keerthy Suresh, and Wamiqa Gabbi, atlee, the producer of Baby John, attended the screening to promote the movie. Numerous internet users observed that he had to deal with subtly racist remarks from the different comedians that performed on the event because of his appearance and language barrier. One video in particular, in which kapil sharma questions the value of his appearance, has gone viral. The audience cheered Atlee's most elegant response when Kapil questioned if he had ever been judged based on his appearance.
 
He claimed that even though he didn't physically be there while he was telling A.R. murugadoss the plot of his debut movie, the producer was blown away by his tale. He believes that the heart is more significant than appearances. Overall, his appearance on the show was rather charming. Even if he didn't fully comprehend, he liked his time and encouraged his actors.
