Wang Yi discussed the relationship between china and India!

Wang stated in a separate press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that the leaders of both nations emphasized the importance of looking at China-India relations from a long-term and strategic height and made clear the course for their development and restoration at a crucial juncture. According to the press release, despite the ups and downs of China-India relations over the past 70 years, the most valuable experience that both sides have gained is in following the strategic direction of the two nations' leaders on bilateral relations, developing a correct understanding of one another, adhering to the five principles of peaceful coexistence, and appropriately handling differences through consultation and dialogue.

Wang emphasized that the special representative meeting being held today is an appropriate and efficient step to carry out the agreement that the two nations' leaders came to. He stated, "It has been achieved through hard work and is worth cherishing." According to the press release, the border problem should be placed in the "appropriate place" in bilateral relations, peace should be cooperatively maintained along the border, and China-India relations should be encouraged to return as quickly as possible to a path of stable and healthy growth.
