Another accused in the lucknow bank robbery case was killed in a police encounter, the accused was trying to flee to Bihar.


Lucknow bank Robbery: According to the police, Sunny Dayal was an accused in the bank robbery case in lucknow and was trying to flee to bihar after the incident, but before that, he was caught by the police in Ghazipur.

Another accused in the indian Overseas bank Chinhat robbery case in lucknow has been killed in a police encounter. Earlier on monday evening, an accused Sobind Kumar was killed in the Chinhat area and now another accused Sunny Dayal had an encounter with the police in Gahmar, Ghazipur. In which Sunny Dayal was badly injured. After which the police took him to the hospital where the doctors declared him dead. One of his accomplices took advantage of the darkness and fled.


According to the police, the accused Sunny Dayal is a resident of Munger in bihar and was trying to flee to bihar via Ghazipur. A joint team of Ghazipur police is checking early this morning. Meanwhile, the Bara Chowki in-charge saw two suspicious persons coming on a motorcycle with their faces covered. When the police tried to stop them, the bike riders increased the speed of the bike tried to hit the policemen, and started running towards the bihar border.


The accused was shot in the retaliatory firing

After this, the police and the SWAT team took joint action and tried to surround them and started chasing them. In an attempt to escape from the police, both the accused turned the motorcycle and ran towards the old closed ruins of Qutubpur Dhaba, but due to the road ahead being closed, they left the vehicle and started firing targeting the police team.


The police also retaliated and fired, in which one miscreant got shot and was badly injured. While his other partner took advantage of the darkness and ran away. The police team took him in a serious condition to CHC Bhadaura where seeing his critical condition, the doctors referred him to the district hospital Ghazipur. By the time he was taken to the district hospital, the accused Sunny Dayal died.


The police recovered a 32 mm pistol, 6 empty cartridges, 2 live cartridges, stolen white metal, and Rs 35,500 from the accused. The police have started further legal action in this case. So far, two accused in the lucknow bank robbery case have been killed in an encounter while three have been arrested by the police. This police action has been taken within 24 hours of the bank robbery.
