After the hearing of the petition filed in the high court regarding CAG reports, leader of Opposition in delhi assembly Vijender Gupta's reaction came to the fore. He said that arvind kejriwal and his government were suppressing this report for the last one and a half years and constitutional rules were being violated. We had come to the court earlier also. The happy thing is that we won in this case. The reports which were being suppressed for so many years were sent to the assembly Speaker by the government out of fear of the court's order.

On tuesday (24 December), Vijender Gupta said that the accounts of all the issues like financial management, health, education, pollution have been given in these CAG reports and the government was deliberately suppressing them with the intention of suppressing its corruption in all these. Earlier also, due to fear of the court, the government sent these reports to the Lieutenant governor and now again due to fear of the court's order, the AAP government has sent them to the Speaker. The court has issued notices to the Speaker, Finance minister, chief minister and all the concerned parties and asked them to submit their affidavits within 10 days. If the government still does not table these reports in the house, the court can give its decision in the next hearing in this matter.

'AAP government misused government resources'

Vijendra Gupta said that the question is that these reports should be tabled in the house and the government does not want to table them because the public may not be able to get to know about their corruption and financial irregularities hidden in these reports. He alleged that the AAP government and a few people in power misused government resources and looted the government treasury. But the bjp MLAs forced the government with their struggle and due to this the report could reach the Speaker.

'Those who talk about transparency were hiding the report'

He said that it is a matter of shame that those who used to talk about a transparent government, called themselves staunchly honest in the name of transparency, promised to give a corruption-free government. Today, in order to hide their misdeeds, they are hell bent on hiding these CAG reports. They are afraid that our misdeeds might come in front of the public and that is why this government is deliberately doing petty things. But our struggle was victorious.
