The video shows the driver's phone placed beside the steering wheel, streaming videos that feature segments from the tv series Big Boss. The driver is observed scrolling through the videos while continuing to operate the vehicle, prompting serious doubts about Ola's safety measures. The passenger also noted that Ola's scooters have frequently been reported to catch fire, leading to many customer grievances. He urged the company to promptly take corrective measures to tackle these safety issues and avert similar occurrences in the future. "Dear ola, Your driver is learning how to cook an omelette while driving, risking our lives in the process.
